1 Acceptance of Terms

By installing, downloading, or using the **Visit+ Pill Reminder** application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not download or use the App, and must delete it from your device immediately.

2 License and Intellectual Property

We grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes on compatible devices owned or controlled by you.

All original branding, designs, source codes, layouts, and assets (including the **Visit+** logo and name trademarks) remain our exclusive property. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or extract code from our application.

3 User Responsibility & System Limits

While we build the App using the most stable native scheduling APIs, you agree that **Visit+ Pill Reminder** is a supplemental backup tool and should not be relied upon as your single point of truth for critical life-support medications.

It is your sole responsibility to check your physical medicine blister packaging, maintain device battery, and configure notifications correctly to prevent missed regimens.

4 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the App authors, creators, or affiliated companies be liable for any medical emergencies, health decline, direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for personal injury, missed medication, or data corruption) arising out of the use or inability to use this reminder application.
